Introduction

PayTabs provides you with the backend packages that make the integrating with PayTabs payment gateway very easy by providing ready-made classes that handle the payment process.

In some cases, when you contact PayTabs technical support team for assistance in an issue/unexpected behavior, they require the log files to assist you accordingly, or even you may want to troubleshoot the plugin behavior yourself. In this solution article, you will learn how to find this log file for troubleshooting purposes.

How to:

You will be able to find the log file at /storage/logs/ on your server host files PayTabs has a custom log file generated and kept in this destination. You can find this log by looking for a file named PayTabs.log.

Be Aware

The file name may not exist or may have a different name depending on the configuration settings applied in the logging file. For further details, refer to "Step 2 - Configure the integration method o determine the correct location and configuration of the log file."
