Reports management APIs

PayTabs provides you with a collection of API endpoints which used to process all payments, regardless of if they are through either your own payment pages, the managed payment pages, or if you are using the hosted payment pages.

Reports is a powerful feature designed to help merchants monitor and analyze their transaction flow. By using Reports, merchants gain the ability to access bulk transaction data in detail, making it easier to track payment activity, review order histories, and ensure smooth business operations.

This guide will walk you through how to manage and access existing reports within the system. You will learn how to:

  • View a comprehensive list of all available reports along with essential details such as report date, no. of transactions and type ( daily/weekly/monthly).

  • Understand the key information provided for each report to help you identify the data you need quickly.

  • Download reports individually for further analysis or record-keeping.

Be Aware Of

The Reports API works in conjunction with the Reports menu in the Merchant Dashboard. To use this API, you must first create a report in the dashboard (daily, weekly, or monthly) so that it can be generated and made available.

If no report is created and configured (including selecting the required fields in the layout), the API will not return any report data.
